Q: Are your properties fully-furnished?
Yes! All of our properties are fully furnished rentals. They also include all housewares, linens, electronics, utilities, and cable/phone/Internet at no additional charge!
Q: Do your properties come with parking?
Most of our properties in urban locations do NOT come with parking. Garage parking is available at most properties for an additional fee which varies by location from as low as $50/month to as high as $500/month. We do have select properties with free parking, just ask your sales rep.
Q: Do you provide grocery delivery services?
Yes we do, just ask your sales rep, or visit our grocery ordering form by clicking here.
Q: Do you charge brokers fees?
No! We are not a Real Estate Brokerage. We do not charge brokers fees on our rentals.
Q: How can I make payment?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as checks, wire payments, and ACH transfers.
Q: I really like your property, is there a way you could send me actual photos of the exact apartment I’ll be renting?
We keep on file over 99% of our apartments actual photos, just ask your sales rep for pictures.
Q: Do you offer discounts for medical stays?
Yes, we work with all major area hospitals, like Massachusetts General, Brigham & Women’s, Children’s, Dana-Farber, Beth Israel, and more! Just ask for the medical rate
Q: Do you charge any other fees other than the rental charge?
Many of our properties require a $150.00 cleaning charge as well as a $35.00 application fee, talk to your representative for more details.
Q: Will someone help me with my bags when I arrive?
These are not hotel buildings, so we do not have staff to help you with your bags. However many buildings make luggage carts available for you at check-in to make it easy for you to bring your bags to your apartment.
Q: Do you charge security deposits?
Upon approval, you’ll be presented with either a refundable security deposit option or you may choose to purchase Renters Insurance (ARDI) which waives your security deposit and provides you with up to $3,000 in coverage for 3 months.
Q: I need to cancel my reservation! Do you charge a cancellation fee?
Once we have an agreement in place, you are responsible for the full term of your rental just like any lease. However if we are able to re-rent your apartment, we will refund and release you from financial responsibility!
