Boston, MA (April 13, 2015) Northeast Suites, the largest provider of corporate housing in Boston, is excited to announce the hiring of Jason Rolince as General Manager of its managed condo division.
Jason brings nearly twenty years of experience in the corporate housing industry to Northeast Suites, making the move from Atlanta to join the team. His role will consist of building up the inventory of managed corporate housing units at Northeast Suites by working with condominium owners who want to maximize the return on investment on their furnished or unfurnished property.
Northeast Suites’ typical inventory of furnished apartments revolve around multi-family apartment complexes. With this latest hire, they look to capitalize on another market segment of temporary housing by tapping into our private condo rentals in exclusive locations.
“We’ve had great success with our current inventory of managed condos in and around Boston, offering our guests a more unique and exclusive product than our more traditional corporate housing,” said Patrick Flynn, CEO & Founder of Northeast Suites. “Having Jason join our team to focus on this division will ensure our continued success by having a more diverse product selection in high barrier to entry buildings and locations in and around Boston.”
The hiring of Jason Rolince to General Manager will give Northeast Suites the opportunity to further diversify its portfolio of traditional corporate housing.
“Our professional paths crossed several years back, and we would share our ideas and thoughts about how to improve the corporate housing industry by working with both individual condo owners and building properties to provide clients a wide offering, said Jason Rolince. “Those talks have now come full circle, and I can’t wait to add my experience working with condo owners to build the managed condo division within Northeast Suites.”
